Lisa Pilato Fuller (LPF) - Director

Lisa has been a dance educator for 42 years. As a member of Dance Masters of America, Lisa is certified by Test to Teach. In addition, she is M1 Acrobatic Arts Certified and has recently completed her certification in the M1 Alixa Flexibility Program. Lisa’s dance background is very diverse and she continues to explore all avenues of dance to inspire growth in her students and herself as a dance educator. She has performed and choreographed for local theatre companies, taught master classes throughout New England, and serves as an adjudicator and special awards judge for competitions throughout the U.S. Lisa’s students have gone on to pursue professional dance careers with Disney, *NSYNC, cruise-lines, television, off-Broadway theatre, movies, the Boston Celtics Dance Team, and the New England Patriots Cheerleaders. They have also performed at industrials, and community outreach projects including, The Jane Doe Spirit Awards in Boston, Make A Wish, Project Santa, The H.I.P. Project, M4TM, and Hope Heals. On the competition circuit, her students and choreography have been highly awarded both nationally and internationally. She has been featured in several dance publications and was featured in Dance Spirit magazine as one of the “Top 50 Studio’s On The Move”. Shaping tiny humans through the art of dance is her passion! #Season37


Tammy Ivers-Aspell (TA)

Ms Tammy is certified by “test to teach” and is a member of both Dance Masters of New England Ch #5 and a member of the Dance Teachers’ Club of Boston, Inc with the American Society and is a graduate of their Dance Teachers Education Course. She continues her education studying with master teachers at numerous conventions & workshops. She was a member of Boston Youth Theater’s “Inner City Energy”- reviewed by Joyce Kulhawick as “ fresh & fabulous”, a member of the Harborside Players Stock Theater production of  Cabaret. She was crowned Miss Merrimack Valley & competed in The Miss Massachusetts Scholarship Program ( a preliminary to Miss America). She auditioned & was videotaped for the original Star Search with Ed McMahon as well as a dancer in Nova Star’s production of When Death Comes Quickly. She was choreographer for “A Soldier’s Tale” with the Boston Youth Symphony Orchestra. Tammy was the Artistic Director/ Owner of Tammy’s Dance Connection for 30 years where under her tutelage her students have gone on & are currently performing in NYC and on the West Coast. They’ve become independent dance teachers, studio owners, Nutcracker performers & scholarship recipients for numerous dance conventions. They have performed at Walt Disney World in the Magic Kingdom, Danced in the Main Street parade as well as at the Premiere Theater in Hollywood studios. They have won numerous Platinum level & High Score awards. Tammy has judged many competitions, pageants and has taught master classes but her true passion is passing on her love & knowledge for dance with students of all ages & abilities. She is thrilled to join the staff at LPDC.


Sarah Bergeron (SB)

Sarah Bergeron began dancing at the LPDC in 2005 and has been an involved member of the studio ever since. She graduated from Endicott College with a Bachelor’s degree in English Literary Studies and a minor in Education. After graduating from Endicott, Sarah got into the Musical Theater scene and has since choreographed numerous productions on the North Shore. In addition to teaching her other classes, Miss Sarah also teaches Theater and Directs the week-long theater programs at LPDC!

 


Carolyn Breton- pantos (CB)

Carolyn Breton-Pantos began her dance training at Lisa Pilato Dance Center in her hometown of Dracut, MA and went on to receive a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The Boston Conservatory. Breton-Pantos has premiered choreography at the Boston Conservatory Dance Theatre & Boston Contemporary Dance Festival, along with numerous competition works. She has been a company dancer with Pantos Project Dance since its inception, performing in various venues throughout New York and New England. She is PPD’s Rehearsal Director and an educator at PPD Intensives. Breton-Pantos holds a Master's Degree in Education from Northeastern University and is currently a full time dance teacher at Lowell High School. Carolyn enjoys educating dancers of all skill levels and witnessing student growth!

Michelle Pilato-Chausse (MPC)

Michelle is a graduate of the University of Lowell with a BA in Psychology. She has received numerous scholarships and awards for her performances. Her choreography credits include the Fashion Fantasy produced by the STAR 93.7 radio station in Boston, a television commercial for Shaw’s Supermarkets, Walt Disney World, industrials for Wella International, and the opening number for the Dance Ovation Title Holders. Michelle was featured in Dance Spirit magazine in the article “Poetic Victories” for her original poetry and its motivating force in choreography. She was also featured in Gold Rush magazine. Michelle is choreographer for the LPDC competing team and her students and choreography have won numerous titles, high scores and overall high scores regionally, nationally, and internationally. She has been a two-time Carole Miller Award recipient for upholding the highest standards in dance as well as recipient of the Gold Family Award of Excellence.  Michelle has taught Master classes throughout New England and has served as an adjudicator and special awards judge for several competitions. 


VANESSA CHAUSSE (VC)

Vanessa completed her undergraduate studies in 2016 at Westfield State University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Biology. Following that, she earned her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from Lesley University with a specialization in School Counseling in 2018. She has been working as a licensed school counselor at Methuen High School for the past six years, and was recently awarded her School Counselor Director license by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. Vanessa has been dancing at the LPDC since the age of two and was a member of the LPDC resident competing team U*NA*T, winning titles and high scores both regionally and nationally. In addition to her competitive performances onstage, Vanessa was also a part of numerous fundraiser events like Project Santa, Hope Heels, and the Dracut Telethon. Over the years, Vanessa has trained in the styles of ballet, tap, hip-hop, jazz, contemporary, and modern. These days, you will find her backstage during competitions, recitals, and theater camp shows. Vanessa is excited to work with students and help them see the many different ways that dance can prepare them for life. 


KELSYE CHEVALIER (KC)

Kelsye started her early training at the Donna Miceli Dance Center in Lowell, MA. From there she went on to pursue a double major in Global Communications and Dance & Performance Studies at Roger Williams University where she had the opportunity to perform throughout the New England area. In 2013, Kelsye traveled to London for a semester abroad to study modern dance. There she worked with distinguished choreographer Alexander Whitley. After graduating RWU in 2015, Kelsye went on to join BoSoma Dance Company from 2016-2021 under the direction of Katherine Hooper. Today she continues to take and teach classes throughout Massachusetts and can’t wait to share her love of dance with her students.

Megan Davis (MD)

Megan began her dance training at age 3. She has studied ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, contemporary and hip hop. Over her career Megan has studied with some of the most sought after instructors and choreographers in the world. Early in her career Megan resided in New York City where she was an intern at the Broadway Dance Center, training intensely to perfect her craft. She went on to perform for Busch Gardens, Williamsburg as a singer/dancer along with interning for River North Chicago under the direction of Frank Chaves. Her film/print work includes being a two-time contestant for Fox's hit reality show So You Think You Can Dance, season 5 being in the final 37 girls of Vegas week and a featured performer and final 65 total contestant for season 7. You can also catch Megan modeling for Dance Spirit Magazine. Megan's choreography highlights include American Dance Awards four-time regional young choreographer of the year along with being awarded the diamond choreography three times. Her pieces have been awarded the highest scoring routines of an entire competition and continue to be recognized for creative choreography. Megan’s students have had many accomplishments among regional and national titles, highest scoring routines of a competition and their own professional endeavors. As a dancer, instructor and choreographer, Megan wishes to inspire her students and in turn be continually inspired by them. As a choreographer she hopes to continue to work with as many dancers as possible, pushing new movement, strong technique and emotional commitment.


O'Lyvia Fuller (OF)

O’Lyvia has received her Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Dance/Movement Therapy from Lesley University in 2017 and is a registered Dance/Movement Therapist. O'Lyvia is also an endorsed practitioner in Rainbow Dance which encompasses Dance/Movement Therapy techniques while promoting childhood development. O’Lyvia completed her undergraduate studies at Endicott College in 2015 with her BFA in Art Therapy and was awarded 3rd place at Endicott College's visual communications festival. O'Lyvia was also two-time captain of the award winning Endicott College Dance Team. She has spent summers as assistant choreographer for GLMT's productions of "Fiddler On The Roof" and "Chigaco," and has also starred in "A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To The Forum." She is a past member and soloist member of the LPDC resident competing team U*NA*T and has won titles and high scores, regionally and nationally and competed internationally as part of the United States Dance Team in Riesa, Germany. O’Lyvia has completed her LPDC Teachers Training Course in dance and acrobatics and is also active in the LPDC Community Outreach Programs. In addition, O'Lyvia serves as choreographer for LPDC's resident competing team where her students and choreography has been highly awarded. O'Lyvia's dance training has given her the opportunities to model, travel the United States working for dance competitions and appear as extras in movies. She continues her dance education as a committed facilitator of growth.


KIMBERLY JANECZKO (KJ)

Kimberly (Miss Kimmy) is celebrating her 21st year at the LPDC and her 9th year as a teacher/choreographer. She has been dancing since the age of 4 and was a member of the U*NA*T competition team for many years. Over the years, Kimberly has trained in the styles of ballet, tap, hip-hop, jazz, contemporary, modern, and more. She has been awarded regionally and nationally as a member of the U*NA*T competition team. She has also had the opportunity to perform in events such as Project Santa, Hope Heals, the Dracut Telethon, and the Pantos Project Summer Intensive. Currently, Kimberly is a choreographer for the U*NA*T competition team and her jazz and hip-hop pieces have won many regional overall high score awards. She has also choreographed and directed numerous musicals over the years for local middle and high schools such as Fiddler on the Roof, The Sound of Music, Beauty and the Beast, Snow White and The Seven Dwarfs, High School Musical Jr., and The Little Mermaid. Kimberly graduated from Quinnipiac University in 2023 with a Bachelors in Nursing and now works as a registered nurse at Emerson Health on the Mother-Baby unit. Kimberly is excited for another year of dance as a member of the LPDC faculty! 


Kerri Kelly (KK)

Kerri begins her 29th year teaching at the LPDC and also serves as the director of the Acro program. She is a graduate of UMASS-Lowell with a BA in Business Management. Kerri is proud mom to daughters Mackenzie and newborn Brynn. Her appearance credits include Walt Disney World, local cable TV, House of Hope, Project Santa benefits, Jane Doe Spirit Awards, Boston, and the Cycle to Break the Cycle of Domestic Violence. She has received numerous scholarships and awards for her performances. Kerri and the members of her team were named ADA’s National Production Champs 2000, as well as Dance Ovations National Champs 2001. Her students have been highly awarded at regional and national competition as well as receiving a nomination for the United States World Dance Team Trials. Kerri’s choreography has received exceptional recognition on regional and national levels. These awards include three-time ADA Diamond Award winner, ADA’s Young Choreographer’s award, a national nominee for the Gloria Jean Cuming Award of Excellence. Kerri's compassionate drive and determination are exceptional componets of her classes. 


Donna Miceli (DM)

Donna received her training at Boston Ballet, Gus Giordano Dance Center in Chicago, and the New York City studios of Luigi and Alvin Ailey. In addition to founding the Donna Miceli Dance Ensemble and the Youth Dance Company, Ms. Miceli has instructed at Boston School of Ballet, Gus Giordano Dance Center, Jeanette Neill Dance Studio and Lowell Arts Magnet School. She has been a Master Teacher for the Dance Teachers Clubs of Boston and Maine, Dance Masters of America and Tanzwerkstatt Internationale in Bonn, Germany. The recipient of numerous awards for her performances and choreography, Ms. Miceli has choreographed for MRT and professional companies. She was a finalist in the International Choreography Competitive Event at Jazz Dance World Congress 2000 and 2003 where she received Honorable Mention awards for her work. Ms. Miceli is certified by the Dance Teachers Club of Boston and Dance Masters of America and serves as adjudicator at competitions.

KALI rOWE (KR)

Kali will begin her second year of teaching for the LPDC this fall. She began dancing at LPDC at the age of 2, and continued to dance recreationally until she began her competitive journey at the age of 10. Shortly after, she began assisting at age12 where she found her love for teaching. Kali has been awarded regionally and nationally as a member of our U*NA*T team, while also partaking in events such as Project Santa, The Dracut Telethon, and Hope Heals. Currently Kali is a senior at Merrimack College double majoring in Elementary Education and Human Development and Human Services.


Alexis Silvestri (AS)

Alexis Silvestri began her dance journey at the Lisa Pilato Dance Center, where she was part of the competition team for several years. After high school, she moved to New York City to join the Broadway Dance Center's Professional Semester, where she worked with numerous choreographers, participated in various performances, and appeared as an extra in movies and commercials. Upon completing the program, Alexis continued her education at the University of New Hampshire, earning a bachelor's degree in Justice Studies and Psychology. At UNH, she was a member of the Dance Team and served as its Captain. She recently earned her Master’s degree in Justice Studies while also working as a student coach for the university's dance team. With extensive training in ballet, jazz, pom, hip hop, acro, contemporary and more, Alexis is eager to share her passion with students and staff.


Alec Webber (AW)

Alec has grown up training at LPDC for ten years in styles such as hip-hop, ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, and more. Alec is a graduate from Central Catholic High School in Lawrence and is a Licensed Realtor. Alec completed his first year of teacher training with the Dance Teacher’s Club of Boston and will graduate from the program next summer. Alec continues his love for dance by teaching and sharing with others. On the competition circuit, Alec has been highly awarded both regionally and nationally as member of LPDC's competing team, U*NA*T. He has also had the opportunity to perform in community service events such as Project Santa, the Dracut Scholarship Telethon and the HIP project as both a dancer and choreographer. As choreographer for the competing team, Alec's work has been highly recognized. Alec continues his dance education and has been fortunate enough to study with renoun dance educators and choreographers such as Kathleen Pantos, director of Pantos Project, Tyce Diorio, Brian Freedman, Dave Scott, Mia Michaels, and many more. He looks forward to his second year as LPDC faculty member and choreographing for the upcoming competing season. 


Kristen Werner (KMW)

Kristen has been a member of the LPDC family for 33 years; starting as a student and now teacher and choreographer to our resident competition team, as well as LPDC's Performing Group. Kristen's groups have received numerous gold medals and Overall High Scores in their category. Kristen is a class of 2000 graduate of Dracut High School. She is a 2001 graduate of Lowell Academy of Hair Design, where she was recognized for her high average in theory. She is currently employed as a stylist and salon manager. Kristen has been dancing at LPDC since the age of five and has been given the opportunity to participate in many special events including Project Santa, Make A Wish Foundation Benefits, as well as industrials for Reebok International and Wella International. Kristen was a member of the LPDC competing team U*NA*T.  She has had the opportunity to perform at numerous events and venues such as Walt Disney World, the Dracut Scholarship Telethon, the Cycle to Break the Cycle and the Jane Doe Spirit Awards.  Kristen is a proud member of the dance "Break The Cycle" and has enjoyed much success both regionally and nationally. This dance was awarded the national title in the category of Production at the American Dance Awards competition in Las Vegas in July 2000 and was awarded  second place at Headliners Nationals in Atlantic City. To further her dance education, Kristen has attended numerous West Coast Dance Explosion conventions and has been a scholarship recipient. Kristen looks forward to another great year with our amazing students and faculty.
